I love Dijon mustard. But I can't use the brands with wine in them. This one is actually the original Dijon, and has no wine. Favorite recipe:
Put pat of butter and olive oil in high-body frying pan; heat until butter melted and oil hot. Add skinless, boneless chicken breasts; brown on both sides at high temperature. Lower temperature, and cover until cooked through. Take chicken out pan. Deglaze pan with light cream, add Dijon mustard and tarragon. Continue cooking, while stirring, on low flame until reduced. Add juices from chicken, and pepper to taste, to finish sauce.
Great sauce. Also good on spinach.
